• At the 16th January, 1925 a general meeting occurred where the decision was made about die dissolution of the Edmund Herrmann AG and the continuation of similar processes.
• On January 30, 1925 the general director of the German Precision Clocks Firm Glashuette e.G.m.b.H. (e.G.m.b.H. = eingetragene Genossenschaft mit beschränkter Haftung, english: Cooperative with limited liability), Herr Muschan, was recalled.
