Japanischer Uhren- und Uhrwerkehersteller

Rhythm Watch Co. wurde im März 1946 gegründet als Noson Tokei Seisakujo. Ab 1950 wurde es dann Rhythm Watch Co., Ltd. mit Sitz in Minato-ku, Tokyo. Die Fabrik stand in Showa-machi, Kitakatsushika-gun, Saitama (derzeit Kasukabe-shi).

1953 wurde ein Vertag geschlossen mit Citizen Watch Co., Ltd. and Citizen Trading Co., Ltd. Dieser Vertrag war nicht nur für technische Unterstützung aber Citizen wurde auch Finanziel Teilnemer.

Apr. 1961 Ryusui Tokei Co., Ltd., (Minowa-machi, Kami-ina-gun, Nagano-ken) established through joint capital investment by Rhythm Watch Co., Ltd., Ryusuisha, Citizen Watch Co., Ltd., and Citizen Trading Co., Ltd. (The company became Ryusui Rhythm Watch, and then Nagano Rhythm Co., Ltd. It is integrated into Rhythm Watch Co., Ltd.)

Aug. 1963 Rhythm Watch Co., Ltd., listed in the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange

Apr. 1965 Mashiko Factory built in Mashiko-machi, Haga-gun, Tochigi

Sep. 1969 Rhythm Watch Co., Ltd. entered into an agreement with Citizen Watch Co. Ltd. for the mutual use of brand names

Apr. 1970 Aizu Factory (currently TOHOKU RHYTHM CO., LTD., a consolidated subsidiary) built in Aizu Wakamatsu-shi, Fukushima

Jan. 1972 Rhythm Watch Co., Ltd. transferred to the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange

Apr. 1973 Rhythm Watch Co., Ltd. developed the world's first 4-MHz class crystal clock movement

Oct. 1977 RHYTHM KOKI CO., LTD. (currently TOHOKU RHYTHM CO., LTD. a consolidated subsidiary) established in Aizu Wakamatsu-shi, Fukushima

Nov. 1977 IBARAKI RHYTHM CO., LTD. (It is integrated into Rtythm Watch Co., Ltd) established in Sekijo-machi, Makabe-gun (currently Chikusei-shi), Ibaraki

Apr.1978 RHYTHM SERVICE CO., LTD. (currently a consolidated subsidiary) established in Sekijo-machi, Makabe-gun (currently Chikusei-shi), IbarakiRhythm Watch Co., Ltd.

Nov. 1982 Awarded the Deming Application Prize

Apr. 1989 RHYTHM U.S.A. INC. (currently a consolidated subsidiary) established in the U.S.

Feb. 1990 RHYWACO (H.K.) CO., LTD. (currently a consolidated subsidiary) established in Hong Kong

Mar. 1992 RHYTHM INDUSTRIAL (H.K.) LTD. (currently a consolidated subsidiary) established in Hong Kong

Dec. 1994 RHYTHM PRECISION (H.K.) LTD. (currently a consolidated subsidiary) established in Hong Kong

Jul. 2005 Integrated factories in China and established a new subsidiary. Operations have commenced.

Aug. 2005 RHYTHM PRECISION VIETNAM CO., LTD. (currently a consolidated subsidiary) established in Vietnam

Aug. 2005 Releases first clock ever to bear the "Eco Mark." Receives first-ever green procurement compliance certification for a clock product.

Sep. 2009 RHYTHM PRESICION VIETNAM CO., LTD. is granted ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification.

Mar. 2010 Compliance achieved with Green Purchasing Law
