Marshall, William

Englischer Uhrmacher und Chronometermacher

William Marshall war Uhrmacher in London und hatte sein geschäft in der Oxford Street 223 in London. Er war der Sohn von Samuel Marshall sr. und Bruder von Samuel Marshall sr.. Er wurde von seinem Vater in das Handwerk eingewiesen und tätig von etwa 1819 bis 1845. William bildete Theophilus Davis (Davys) ab 17. Februar 1736 zum Uhrmacher aus und wurde von der Clockmakers Company freigesprochen am 5. April 1744. Theophilus heiratete Mary Marshall in 1743 in All Hallows, London und musste von 1744 bis 1746 Grundsteuer auf ihr Eigentum in Cock Lane, St. Sepulchre, Holborn zahlen.
