Polaris Heritage Museum of Clock and Watches in Yantai is China's Timepiece Museum and a nationwide and professional museum. It ' s so far the only timepiece museum of China, which aims to display and research Chinese horological development history, show and publicize the achievement of Chinese modern timepiece industry, exhibit and collect timepiece collections at all times and in all over the world, spread and popularize knowledge of science and technology in timing field.

The museum is located on the famous resort named Yantai Mountain with the building area of more than 1700 square meters. It is supported by Yantai People ' s Government, China Timepiece Association and China horological History Institute; and is sponsored by the deputy director of China Timepiece Association -Yantai Polaris Corporation.
