Englischer Uhrmacher
Samuel Toulmin arbeitete als Uhrmacher in London in "The Strand" ab etwa 1757 bis 1873. Seine genaue Adresse ist nicht bekannt, wurde aber als angegeben al "at the Dial in Burleigh Street" in der nähe von Exeter Change, in the Strand, London. Eine Reihe von Armbanduhren und Uhren sind von ihm signiert, darunter aufgezeichnet, eine Standuhr im Virginia Museum, eine Uhr in der Sammlung China Gelis, und eine Uhr im Science Museum.
