Chris H. Bailey ist seit 1959 Sammler und Uhren Experte. 1972 wurde er Kurator des American Clock & Watch Museum in Bristol, Connecticut. Er hat unter anderem das bekannte Buch geschrieben "Two Hundred Years of American Clocks & Watches". Am 8. Mai 2010 ging er in den Ruhestand.
