Das Patent für den vorliegenden Uhrentyp wurde von Louis und Edouard Fallet Fils, St. Imier, 1905 eingereicht und erhielt die Nummer 34394. Edouard Fallet umging damit, daß er das Tourbillon auf eine Achse im Zentrum der Uhr setzte, ein Patent, das der Franzose Paul Loichot aus Charquemont (Doubs) am 11.6.1904 in der Schweiz unter No. 30754 erhalten hatte und bei dem die Tatsache, daß das Drehgestell auf der Zifferblattseite sichtbar war, ein Bestandteil des Patentanspruchs war.
