An early 20th Century Swiss lever in a gold and enamel horseshoe shaped open face case and chain. Keyless damascened nickelled bar movement with going barrel. Plain cock with polished steel regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. Club foot lever escapement, escape wheel pivots with endstones in a polished steel setting. Signed white metal dial with subsidiary seconds, applied gold Arabic numerals, gilt hands. Unusual slim 18 carat open face case in the form of a horseshoe, the plain back with geometric polychrome enamel decoration at the top. Fixed gold and enamel bow. Slender 9 carat gold chain with spring clip. Signed:Lusina Chronometre.
