Alfred-Alphonse Lefebvre wurde am 15. April 1878 in Les Grandes-Ventes geboren. Er war der Sohn Alphonse-Adolphe Lefebvre und Pascaline-Maria Allard.
Alfred-Alphonse heiratete die Uhrmacherin Augustine-Joséphine Duhamel am 11. April 1903 in Saint-Nicolas d'Aliermont. Augustine-Joséphine war eine Tochter des Uhrmacher-Ehepaares Alexandre-Théophile Duhamel und Louise-Sophie Gruet. Aus dieser Ehe sind 3 Töchter bekannt doch keiner wurde vermutlich Uhrmacherin.
Ein Sterbedatum von Alfred-Alphonse Lefebvre ist nicht bekannt.
