Alfred-Alphonse Lefebvre wurde um 1878 in Saint-Aubin-le-Cauf bei Saint-Nicolas d'Aliermont geboren. Er war der Sohn von Alfred-Josèph Lefebvre und Marie-Anne-Perpétue Houlet. Alfred-Alphonse war der Bruder von Antoine-Alfred Lefebvre und Gabrielle-Herminie Lefebvre welche Louis Greboval heiratete.

Alfred-Alphonse heiratete Augustine-Joséphine Duhamel am 11. April 1903 in Saint Nicolas d'Aliermont. Augustine-Joséphine war ein Tochter von Uhrmacher-Ehepaar Alexandre-Théophile Duhamel und [[Gruet, Louise-Sophie>Louise-Sophie Gruet]]. Aus die Ehe ist nur ein Tochter bekannt, Marcelle-Louise Lefebvre.

Ein Sterbedatum von Alfred-Alphonse Lefebvre ist nicht bekannt.
