Michel-Aristide Douillon junior wurde am Sonntag, den 27. November 1853 in Saint-Nicolas d'Aliermont geboren. Er war der Sohn des Uhrmachers Michel-Aristide Douillon senior und Célerine-Victoire Lefebvre. Michel-Aristide junior war ein Bruder von Arsène-Ernest Douillon.

Michel-Aristide junior heiratete Gabrielle-Eugénie Guerrier am Montag, den 23. November 1885 in Envermeu, vorher wurde Jeanne-Gabrielle Douillon geboren.

Michel-Aristide Douillon verstarb am Samstag, den 28. Januar 1888 in Saint-Nicolas d'Aliermont, 34 Jahre alt.
