Paul Philip Barraud war in London (Cornhill) ansässig. Er war Mitglied der Clockmakers Company und von 1810 bis 1811 Meister der Clockmakers Company. Seine Söhne James und John erlernten ebenfalls das Uhrmacherhandwerk.
Paul Philip Barraud verstarb 1820.
